Instructions:

- Place the beaten eggs and cracker crumbs in two separate shallow bowls.
- Mix the cracker crumbs with garlic salt and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s coated on all sides.
- Dredge the egg-coated chicken in the crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs to the chicken.
- Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a 9×13 inch baking dish, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
- Place pieces of butter on top of each chicken breast.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
