Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 small onions, sliced
- 2 and ½ cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp flour
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Step 1:
- Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.

- Form the mixture into 8 balls, then flatten them into steaks.
Step 3:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry the patties until cooked through. Keep them warm.
Step 4:
- In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until softened.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and flour, stirring constantly for about a minute.
- Gradually add Worcestershire sauce and beef broth, stirring continuously. Cook for about 7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
The Last Step:
- Return the cooked patties to the skillet and simmer in the onion gravy for more than 10 minutes until fully heated through.
