Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken thighs
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 100 ml white wine
- Olive oil to taste
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 200 ml heavy cream (or 1 small box of cream)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 50 ml milk
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and gently sauté the garlic and onion. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in the pan, searing them on both sides. Reduce the heat, add the white wine, cover, and cook until the chicken is tender inside, about 25 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside. In the same pan where you cooked the chicken thighs, add the heavy cream, milk, and mustard. Stir to combine and let it simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken pieces on a plate and cover them with the mustard sauce.
