  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 0.25 cup chicken or turkey broth
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 0.25 cup melted butter (for brushing)
  • 0.25 cup honey or maple syrup (for drizzling)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, stuffing, cranberries, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the beaten egg, broth, and cheese until evenly combined.
  4. Scoop portions of the mixture and roll into golf-ball-sized balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush each ball lightly with melted butter for a golden, crispy finish.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until browned and heated through.
  7. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup just before serving.
