Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets, leaving 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden.
Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
