If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this website, please notify our designated copyright agent as set forth below.
Filing an Infringement Notice
If you believe that content available on or through our website infringes one or more of your copyrights, please send a written notice ("Infringement Notice") containing the information described below to our designated agent.
Please be advised that you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that material is infringing. Therefore, if you are not sure whether material located on or linked to by the website infringes your copyright, you should consider first contacting an attorney.
Required Information
To be effective, your Infringement Notice must include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the website, with enough detail that we may find it (providing URLs is the most effective way).
- Your contact information: Your address, telephone number, and email address where we can contact you.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our designated agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located in your jurisdiction, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original Infringement Notice or an agent of such person
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days, unless the copyright owner initiates a court action against you.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
