- 1 pound smoked kielbasa, sliced
 - 8 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cubed
 - 2 cups frozen corn
 - 2 cups chicken broth
 - 2 sticks celery, sliced
 - 1/4 cup sliced carrots
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
 - 1 & 1/2 cups whole milk
 - 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 
Instructions:
- Cook the sliced kielbasa until browned. Set aside.
 - In a large pot, combine potatoes, corn, chicken broth, celery, and carrots. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
 - Add the whole milk, shredded cheddar cheese, and the cooked kielbasa to the pot. Cook on low for an additional 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 - Serve the Kielbasa Potato Soup hot, garnished with additional shredded cheese if desired
