- 800 grams of potatoes
 - 2 eggs
 - 100 grams of cooked beef
 - 100 grams of cheese
 - 1/2 onion
 - Parsley
 - Salt, to taste
 - Pepper, to taste
 - 50g (1/2 cup) flour
 - Olive oil, for frying
 
Instructions:
- Begin by peeling and grating the potatoes. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
 - Add the eggs, cooked beef (finely chopped), cheese (grated), finely chopped onion, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to the grated potatoes.
 - Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until you have a well-combined mixture.
 - Gradually add the flour and continue mixing until the mixture reaches a dough-like consistency.
 - Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
 - Take a spoonful of the potato mixture and carefully flatten it in your palm.
 - Gently place the flattened mixture into the hot oil.
 - Fry the potato pancakes until they turn golden brown on both sides, turning them as needed. This should take about 3-4 minutes per side.
 - Once done, remove the fritters from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
 - Serve your delicious potato fritters hot and enjoy!
