Ingredients:
- 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni sausage
- 16 ounces pizza sauce
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Cook the egg noodles according to package directions.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped green bell pepper. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the cooked noodles, sliced pepperoni, pizza sauce, and milk. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Pour this mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes.
- Remove the casserole from the oven and top it with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Return the casserole to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the casserole is heated through.
- Serve your Pepperoni Pizza Casserole hot, and consider pairing it with a salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.
