Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes, scrubbed (not peeled)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon McCormick’s garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon McCormick’s onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon parsley
- Morton salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons fresh Parmesan cheese, divided
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Slice the potatoes into 1/4 inch slices and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, parsley, salt, and two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese to the potatoes. Stir well to coat evenly.
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25 – 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are browned, flipping them halfway through.
- After baking, sprinkle the remaining two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese bubbles and turns golden brown.
