Ingredients:
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 4 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Directions:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
- In a large plastic bag, combine the flour with garlic salt, black pepper, poultry seasoning, and paprika.
- Place the chicken pieces in the bag, seal it, and shake to coat the chicken evenly with the flour mixture.
- Dip the flour-coated chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then coat them again in the flour mixture from the bag.
- Heat oil in a skillet to 365°F (185°C).
- Brown the chicken on all sides in the hot oil.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking the chicken for another 30 minutes or until it is cooked through.
- Drain the fried chicken on paper towels to remove excess oil.
